How Does it Work?

You bring a handful of your best minds together in a series of facilitated workshops.  You’ll want to make sure you’ve got representation from sales, marketing, perhaps product management, and maybe strategy to capture all of the critical ingredients for your new stories.

During the workshops, you’ll learn about the rules influencing how humans make decisions and perceive value. You’ll build your BUYING VISION using these rules and the guidance of your Slingshot consultants. 

*Your BUYING VISION is designed to spike your prospect’s chimp brain and show why they must take action NOW! It helps them see that to win, they must overcome some specific concrete problems.

These problems link to your deal-winning strengths. Your prospect can see why you and ONLY YOU are their best option to help them survive and thrive.

By the end of the third session, you’ll have a rough outline of your new stories. Think of them as “Lego blocks” that your sellers and marketers can use to fuel their conversations.

Over the following weeks, your Slingshot consultants will improve and refine the stories to ensure they’re as impactful as possible. They’ll include visuals so your sellers can share them with your prospects in-person or remotely to make your message even stickier. 

Once you're delighted, you'll receive your new stories as PDF dialogue guides, animated PowerPoints/Google Slides and videos.  You’ll also get the map of your ideal customer’s motivations, root causes of their problems and industry forces impacting them. Your sellers use the map to inform their discovery conversations, share business acumen and shape your prospect’s thinking.
